The stay at wish tulum was wonderful for me. Check-in is supposed to be at 3pm but I arrived early. I kindly asked if it was possible to check-in before. They checked if my room was available and it was and they were kind enough to accommodate!! Staff was great and answered any possible question I had when I approached them. Room was nice comfortable and had an a/c. Don’t forget to tip! It’s worth it! The beach and the ruins are fairly close to the location you can bike there or catch a taxi for $100pesos roughly $5 dollar. Great location walking distance to the main boulevard to eat or party just stay on the main strip when walking safest to do so. Next door, literally! There’s a restaurant called the El Capitan (The Captain). The food is super yummy! Their staff is amazing! Super friendly and attentive! I’ve met Natalia, The Captain himself who is Charlie and the rest of the team. I ate mainly during the evening here and met everyone during the shift and there was never a dull moment with any of them. I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they went out of their way after work literally and took me out to celebrate and party with me until sunrise! I couldn’t say enough about them all of them were amazing. Oh and if you need foreign exchange they are able to do that at the restaurant how awesome and convenient is that!!! Please check them out and don’t forget to tip them again, it’s very worth it! Super humble and down to earth people!!!
