I really enjoyed our vacation at the resort, it was cosy and had a family feeling to it The staffs were amazing, the breakfast was nice, the shuttle bus was great when we were too tired to walk the 3 min. walk to the resort. Markquel the beach attendant was super, always available and always offer to assist. The manager evening was great food and fun! I just wish they had one catamaran to use on the beach but no big deal as we use the paddle board and kayak. The room were super clean and comfortable. the grocery store is just behind the resort, dive shop, ice cream store and restaurants. Overall my daughter 11 years old and I gave it a 10/10 and will return in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I agree that our bar could be improved.Right or wrong we do not prioritize the bar operation as we do not want to compete with the tenants who operate bars in our plaza.

Great hotel, close to beach and restaurants

My husband and I came to this hotel with our 21 month old and we all had a blast. 5 min walk to the beach, hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating to our needs, room was always clean and breakfast provided each morning which was great considering food on the island is very expensive. Great value for the price!

Nice hotel close to diving and the beach

Pros: The hotel was clean, neat, attractively appointed and was close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach with an attendant.
Cons: For the price, this resort walks the line. I couldn't think of anything that needed improvement.
Location: Dive Provo just opposite the entrance, Grace Bay Gourmet across the road, $3 kids cones at Giggles Ice Cream, Salt Mills, and Regent Street areas.
Ports of Call is a nice "resort" that is comparable to a well kept, clean holiday inn in the states. It has a pool and rooms are medium sized with no balcony. The rooms are clean, neat and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The provided breakfast gives you a good start to the day without having to go outside the resort for food - food is expensive here. The beach is a three minute walk from the hotel and there are beach chairs and umbrellas specifically for Ports of Call guests. We went in June, and never had a problem getting a place to sit or an umbrella for shade - and we always came out to the beach in the afternoon! We came here to go diving and this was ideal for us as Dive Provo is right across the street. We've been diving since 1989 and this operation is the best! Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel. We ate quite a few meals out of Grace bay Gourmet supermarket which averaged us around $27/meal for two versus $50-$77/meal for two at area restaurants... and it's right across the road from Ports of Call. If you are looking for a nice and economical place to stay, this is the place!

Very nice and clean

Location: You're about a 5min walk from the beach, which is easy. There are a few places to eat and shop in the resort area and a good grocery store nearby.
The hotel was very comfortable-my room was on the ground floor, west side. I had a small walk-out patio with a café table and chairs overlooking the pool, which was really nice. They are renovating the rooms and mine was very comfortable. It was clean, bright and had a little sitting area with couch, table and another café table and chairs. The bathroom was very clean and modern. My only complaints were that the complimentary breakfast left a bit to be desired-not much in the way of selection or variety, and the room had a coffee maker but no supplies-coffee, sugar, spoons. All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
