1130 pm construction around building...very noisy construction....front desk didnt do much ....offered another room but was just as bad ...booked for 2 nights but checked out the next morning..didnt even care about the noise or offered anything to accommodate us...we paid more than we were quoted ...not recommend staying here...not worth the money

The property was conveniently located by the City Hall and Eaton Centre. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. What was not attractive was the daily charge for internet for non Bonviy users. Most hotels even budget ones provide internet access included in the basic charges. Rooms could use small refrigerators.

The staff was fantastic. They were always willing to offer assistance. They were very knowledgeable about the area and different activities. We could not have been more pleased.
