To call this endearing and charming cottage ‘adorable’ would be doing it a disservice. However, it IS truly adorable. Alluringly so. It doesn’t scream to be heard but quietly demands your attention with warmly hushed tones of welcome. It’s not ostentatious, but in addition to being pleasantly cozy, it is surprisingly airy and bright, despite its size, wonderfully situated and undeniably attractive. This exquisite gem, nestled among the Rocky Mountain Aspens in East Vail, was completely remodeled in 2018 as well as a new heating system installed in October of 2023 featuring tow zones for the lower and upper level. This house accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, one double sofa bed and one bathroom. Boasting one of the best views from a private hot tub in town, it also exhibits an appealingly contemporary furniture design and new kitchen appliances. It’s particularly well appointed and complete with gas fireplace which is fancifully set into a multi-colored mosaic tiled hearth, washer/dryer, wi-fi internet access and three HD televisions. The kids will delight in the magical cottage/tree house feel. What a beautiful opportunity this environment affords your family to get closer, to deepen your relationships while discovering a more intimate connection with nature.

There is a rather large sunny deck facing the East Vail mountainside with hot tub, grill, table and chairs. An added convenience is the food market and liquor store just a few minutes from the house. The property is conveniently located on the free shuttle bus line that runs to Vail Village and the lifts every 15 minutes during ski season, and every 30 minutes in summer. This is a great location for vacationers in both winter and summer with easy access to hiking trails, the golf course, bicycling, and cross-country skiing. • Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
