Welcome to our 1600 sq. ft. fully renovated ground level private 3 bedroom suite. We are located in a Renfrew Heights neighborhood. Walk to Sky train station or catch the transit to visit popular sites or downtown. Two big shopping mall near by. Metrotown and Brentwood Mall. Walk to grocery, restaurant, kids playground and parks. Well equipped kitchen, washroom, internet and a washer/dryer. Less than 10 min drive to popular ethnic street Commercial drive. Where you can enjoy ethnic food.

1600 s.f., 3 large bedroom with comfortable king size beautyrest mattress. This suite has one private three piece bathroom. Living room has a 55' LED TV . Very comfy couch. It has lounge chair for the book lover to cozy up. Complimentary hi speed wifi, cable with Netflix.

Free street parking in front of the house and the back of the house.

There is absolutely NO smoking inside the house and on the patio. If there is residue of smoke smell in the house, there will be an extra cleaning fee as some of our guest are sanative.

Good location
Property was clean and comfortable. We liked that it was a 5 minute walk to the Skytrain station. Grocery store was vlose by as well. There was a nice patio to sit out on after a day of sight seeing.

Perfect Space
Property exactly as shown. We were very happy with the space, especially with 2 little ones. Just a note that there is no bathtub so little ones can have their first shower. Location is great. Easy access to downtown, Stanley Park, airport. Thanks for the great home away from home.

Great location, wonderful space, but a bit noisy
This is a beautiful unit with very comfortable bedrooms. There was tons of space but a few small issues - some of the burners on the stove didn't work and there was minimal hot water out of the taps in the non-ensuite bathroom, although the shower had excellent water pressure and tons of hot water. The first night was extremely quiet but afterward we could hear footsteps and laundry being done until after midnight, and a child running around above us. When I used my ear plugs, I slept soundly. The location is great with free parking and close access to public transit. There were stores close by for everything that you could need. Overall the place is great with some minor issues. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay.
Our family of 6 with a one year old enjoyed our stay at this apartment for one week. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including a high chair and a play and pack for our granddaughter. It was close to grocery shopping, liquor store, train to go downtown and highways. Easy communicating with Neeta. Thank you.

Fantastic Home from Home
Lovely, spacious property with everything required for a comfortable stay in Vancouver. Clean, well maintained place and with good facilities both locally and a short drive away. A perfect place to stay for us as a family and we enjoyed our time there immensely.
