Concierge were amazing and did everything they could to make my stay in Vancouver an amazing one. The housekeeping staff were very sweet and very polite when interacting with me.

Fantstic service! Great hotel!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, service, access to pacific center mall
Cons: No free Internet
I recently spent a weekend with my partner at the Four Seasons Vancouver. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were blown away by the customer service! The room was fairly large and the bed was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the amenities "Occitane". The gym was great and we loved the outdoor pool with views of the downtown buildings. If you have a chance have a meal at the YEW, once again blown away by the service and the food. Location: could not be better! On Robson street and also interior access to the Pacific Center (large mall in downtown Vancouver).

The location of this hotel is a huge plus. It's with in walking distance to all sorts of public transportation. My favorite part however was the pool. It's an indoor outdoor pool. Super relaxing.

Great Location Great Service

Pros: The location was incredible and the proximity to many of the down town attractions was great
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: We literally walked down the hill to the waterfront. It is only a few more block to Gas Town and one train stop from Yale Town
The hotel was in a great location across from Vancouver City Center train stop. It is also adjacent to the Pacific Center which is an incredible underground shopping mall! The hotel staff could not have been nicer or more professional. This was our first time staying at this property and we would not hesitate to stay here again! You can easily get here by train from the airport which was fun.

Great hotel in downtown Vancouver

The Four Seasons staff members were all so friendly, professional and helpful. Yew (restaurant and bar) was also excellent. The hotel is located near the waterfront and is a hop, skip and a jump from the train to/from the airport. Vancouver has a plethora of activities. We arranged four trips (city tour, Capilano suspension bridge, Squamish and whale watching to Victoria) and all of the packages included pick up and drop off at the hotel. I would definitely book another stay here!
