It was a large house.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Location: Close to the mall and several food places
The Room was Large (Master). The house it's self was dirty inside and out. The backyard was littered with cigarette butts and several large ash trays were filled with week old butts. We wanted to eat in the gazebo but the half filled jar of water filled to the brim with butts smelled horrid. I'm a cigar smoker so I can let some it slide but this was bad!! Every surface in the house was either dirty (with food crumbs) or dusty (layers). As a bed and breakfast I would expect the owner?manager to live on-site. This is not the case. No one really operates the place and we were left to our own devices. They pointed out where the coffee and coffee maker was and said to help ourselves (Bed and BREAKFAST?).
