This was definitively a five star rating. As most would say I would have given it more. The communication with the owner was fantastic. They were always prompt with answering my questions. The place was so clean and nicely decorated. As stated on description on website the place was equipped with everything needed. There was also a small room that was being used as an office. The neighborhood was so nice and lots of great restaurants. The only thing was that it was a bit difficult getting into tub to take a shower. I am short.

We booked this property at short notice having arrived in Vancouver to find property we had booked was cancelled by the host , two hours before we due to arrive . This left us in a difficult position and the VRBO Team were excellent in the way they handled our situation. We subsequently booked this property really enjoyed our stay there and the hosts could not have been more helpful

So many great things to say about Jay's place. Location was amazing and close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Any questions I had, Jay responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Very clean space and large open living room which was great for down time. Parking garage was also a great amenity. Jay was also kind enough to share an extensive list of things to do in Vancouver which ensured our days were filled with fun! Overall, place was very clean, nice and Jay was a great host. Looking forward to my next stay.
