Our room had suffered from a smoker in spite of the sign on the door but the staff was very understanding when we pointed that out found us a replacement quickly gave us a voucher for the restaurant next door which pretty much paid for dinner. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker.

The front desk employee that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. But the rooms are so dated and unattractive. I had a tube type tv in my room my friends had flat screens in their room. The metal blinds did not work properly for opening and closing. There were plug ins behind the nightstands but only half of it worked. Turning our keys in at the closed front desk was almost impossible. There was no key drop box and no one manning the front desk to turn our keys into when we were checking out in the morning.

Dear Denise, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your stay wasn't to your expectations. We do have a few rooms that haven't been renovated yet, for that we apologize. We are aiming to have the remaining hotel rooms renovated by early 2023. In the future, I would recommend booking our newly renovated Superior or Junior Suites. Regards,Management

+ nice location by waterfront - pictures are screwed to the wall... Do people steal pictures? - hotel lobby office staff do double duty in liquor store next door. No one available in morning in lobby office. - Friendly staff I might have missed the currency when ordering, but I thot this Canadian hotel was priced in CAD, nope, its USD on travelocity.
