Martin 28 is located in a family-friendly residential complex next to the beach Playa Cristal, it has a large tropical garden with two swimming pools, surrounded by palm trees, grasses and all kinds of plants. The location is in Pino Alto - a quiet and family residential area, just in 40 meters from the promenade of Miami Playa and Playa Cristal.
Martín 28 was recently decorated in 2018, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a bath, an additional toilet. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. The living room is spacious and has an access to a private terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden with palms and plants. Martin 28 features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
