Private: natural state property 7 ha with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, railway station "Pisa" 12 km, sandy beach "Marina di Vecchiano" 15 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km.
