Attractive Santa Barbara style facility with an attached Mexican restaurant that was quite good. Our room could have certainly been cleaner. There was what looked like mold on the shower ceiling and urine on the toilet base. Always travel with disinfectant wipes.

Great hotel if you want easy walking access to multiple dining options, and the beach. Parking is extremely limited. The facilities are a bit old and dated, which is charming to a degree, but really does need some renovating. The shower heads are intended for people 5’7” and shorter, and mine wouldn’t fully transition from bath to shower. This meant only half the water moved through the shower head, and the other half continued to gush out from the faucet. At the end of the day, the convenient location made it tolerable.

Small boutique hotel. Very little parking. Nice rooms. Hard mattress, could have used a memory foam topper. Refrigerator and Microwave in king/fireplace room. Nice balcony. Within walking distance to the beach, Mission and main street stores and restaurants. Hot tub has strong jets which was welcome after a day spent walking.

This property is great if you’re looking for walkable access to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. The hotel is a bit dated, and it was inconvenient that the hot tub was shut down during the busiest day (and maybe their busiest weekend). Overall, I would stay again for the right price.

The location was great for our purposes. Staff was super friendly and accommodating whenever possible. Breakfasts included warm sausage eggs, and potatoes among other uncooked options.

I loved the fact that we didn’t arrive until 2:30 in the morning and Ms. Janet (I believe that was the woman’s name...) greeted us with a smile and was very sweet. I thank her very much for her hospitality! There was nothing unpleasant about our stay.
