I had to sleep on top of the sheets. They offered no clean sheets and they didn’t have another room. The cheets are dirty and full of stains. The towels look like something you just pick up off the floor.?

The customer service was good. Friendly and helpful. The rooms are a but run down. We checked in and settled into our room and then dinner. Afterwards we realized the bathroom door doesn’t even close. The screws on the hinges were coming out of the wall. We contemplated making it work, but we had another day/night there and anytime the door was moved it would pop off more. We had a dog and toddler with us, so that wouldn’t work. The towel rack was also half off the wall hanging above the toilet.
We went to have rooms switched. Again, customer service was great. But told us only a handful of rooms were open. A lot were down due to maintenance. So we had to move everything to another room on the other side of the hotel. The second floor doesn’t have wrap around balcony walking, so we had to take everything downstairs, around the building, and then back upstairs. This room appeared better. It served its purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep. The shower has the soap/shampoo “mounted” - likely superglue as it flew off at me - and were empty. the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet, and I still think the brown smear on the wall was poop. The tv in the room was wall mounted but was facing the ceiling. We attempted to shift it, but didn’t want to use much force in case it popped off the wall. And this room seemed dirty - I wiped all the surfaces. Our only other issue was other guests off-leash their dogs around the property. Our small anxious dog doesn’t do well with this

Power went off and I sleep with a CPAP. Loud people and fight next door kept us up they had to be evicted

I liked absolutely nothing the room was filthy no plugs worked to charge our phones requested a different room was denied and they stole money from me
