Host, Michelle and property surpassed our expections.
/... This property met and surpassed our expectations. It was just a short walk to all downtown restaurants, shops and sites. Michelle is an amazing hostess. We were four seniors visiting Victoria and Michelle went out of the way to help us in very possible way. I will give five starts to excellent service as she responded promptly to all communication. Property was very clean, quiet, well stocked, and exactly as ad shows. Closets have plenty of shelves and hangers to store stuff. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. We come to Victoria every year and will definitely stay here. Thanks Michelle for excellent service.

condo was not user friendly
The unit had no place to store clothes in the second bedroom. A dresser would have been good. The bathroom should have had a grab bar on the wall in the shower. Did not feel secure in tub as there was no grab bar in to hold on to in case I slipped. I coukd have fallen and hurt myself. Would have been good to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on when preparing for shower. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet The restaurant/bars in the neighborhood played loud music until late some nights. This could be heard in the unit and caused sleepless nights. The police and fire sirens were many. The location of the building is not one I would have chosen, it was a very noisy place. The check in instructions were poorly written and somewhat difficult to understand.

Great location and very comfortable
Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, downtown, grocery and everything you will need. Property was well equipped with kitchen items, laundry items and detailed instructions were clearly provided. Beds were comfortable and ample towels were provided.

Neat downtown Victoria
The condo unit was small, but very clean. Communication with the manager was excellent - she replied almost immediately to any questions we had. The location was a short walk to downtown which was great, but it did not feel like the safest of neighborhoods. Some nights the street was very noisy with arguments happening on and off.

Beautiful but expensive
Beautiful and well kept property but be mindful of extra fees when you book. We didn't pay close enough attention when we booked and missed the extra $300 in fees until after we checked in.
