Soak up the culture and the views from the huge rooftop terrace! Our condo is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Victoria's historic Chinatown. With two bedrooms and two baths this family friendly condo puts you steps from the best restaurants and tourist attractions in downtown. A covered parking spot is included.

Did we mention the terrace? It has sweeping views of downtown, Chinatown's Gate of Harmonious Interest and a clear view of where the fireworks happen.

The master bedroom offers a large closet and a private full master bath with two sinks. Heated floors in both bathrooms make waking up a treat on cooler mornings. The master bedroom also boasts a smart TV with a full cable package, perfect for staying in on rainy days or winding down after a long day at work. Off of this bedroom is a private bathroom with double vanity and a full bath tub.

The second bedroom is on the other side of the condo and has a single over double bunk bed. This room has its own smart TV.

The main living space is open concept and faces south so there is a lot of light even on cloudy or rainy days. A kitchen table with ample seating for 5+ people that opens on to the patio makes it perfect for family dinners or acts as an ample work space for corporate guests.

The terrace which also faces south has full sun almost all day. With sweeping views of downtown this is the perfect place to watch sea planes come in, Canada Day fireworks, or just the hustle of Chinatown. Lots of seating means everyone you're travelling with can comfortably enjoy the terrace.

The condo is brand new and in a secure building with a number of other airbnb rentals. You won't have to hide that you are staying here as a traveller as the condo is fully licensed and allowed by the City of Victoria. The condo is on the top floor so you will be free from any unnecessary noise.

Coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies are provided. We always try our best to accommodate all of our guests so if you need anything ahead of your stay we will always try and provide it. A high chair and pack and play can be made available upon request.

A perfect stay, a great clean apartment, with everything you need. A splendid balcony with a lot a sunshine to spend some time at the end of the day. Well situated. Would go back without hesitation.

perfect spot

The only thing I would be aware of is that the spare room has a bunk bed that is very squeaky when my adult children went to turn over or move around the other person woke up. If the children were smaller, it probably wouldn't of been a problem, but if you are 4 adults...I would be upset if it was me sleeping there. The couch would of been big enough for one of them to sleep on it if needed, but they wanted to stay together. The rest of the condo was perfect. Everything we needed for sure! Would stay here again. Cheers!

Great location to experience Victoria

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our first time to Victoria and we couldn't have selected a better location to stay for touring the city. The rental unit itself was great and we really enjoyed having the large patio with a terrific view of the city. We would definitely stay at this rental again when visiting Victoria.

Everything was great! Couldn’t get through the main entrance though and a resident helped me out. And you had everything we needed from Dish ware to bedding, and condiments- however there wasn’t any laundry soap. Great cozy place, wonderful location- thank you!

Amazing condo, patio and location

Excellent well appointed condo that is extremely clean. Amazing patio and location. Check in and out was very straight forward. There were a couple minor issues that we brought to the property managers attention and they were going to address them right away. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great location and amenities

Very pleased with this property. Located close to restaurants and coffee shops, very clean property and good for kids. Parking underground, with places for bikes was also a huge plus for us as we biked around Victoria.
