Good first trip to Maui
Place was clean and as listed. Pool was nice and was nice to be able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. There was some weird smell outside near the water but not the property owners fault, just figured I'd mention cause it was very noticeable to us. Got used to it honestly though and overall was happy was the stay.

Perfect Condo in Paradise!
The condo was exactly as pictured and described! Very clean, has everything you need and the grounds and beach area is beautiful. Location is great! You can get to most of the popular areas on the island in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this condo.

Great condo and property, but.....
The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice. The property was clean and well maintained and super close to the beach and ocean. However, the unit is right next to the parking lot and the lot for an adjacent building, so cars in and out all night. There was a rooster that crowed every morning at 3 AM for about an hour and half. He sounded like he was in the room with us. Friday night and Saturday night were a different story. A group of people started a fight in the parking lot with a lot of screaming and profanity. They were going from the condo pool to the street across the building, chasing each other and screaming. I'm not sure if it was the transients that seem to live in their cars in the street or fellow condo residents. We ended up calling the police. This went on for over an hour and a half. I am former police officer and was worried that they might start trying to get into the units themselves. There was a beer bottle in the pool in the morning. Saturday night/Sunday Morning was a repeat of Friday for almost 2 hours. with screaming and carrying on in the parking lot and the police were summoned again. I did not feel safe those nights with my family. There is also an air conditioner for the neighboring unit about ten feet from the Lenai that ran non-stop, blocking out the sound of the ocean waves and making it hard to have a conversation.
