Certainly first impressions count. The woman working on the front desk as we arrived was rude, curt and completely lacking in any sociall skills --the kind that ANYONE working in the hospitality business would need to have. She was annoyed we showed up before checking-in time and we fully understood the room wouldn't be available and just wanted to leave luggage. that was a hassle for her. Moving on - the other staff were all great -- friendly and polite. The rooms were fine - all seemed new and clean. The area is an office park so this is really just a place to spend the night and head out to see family or visit castles etc. The breakfast was very expensive and certainly would recommend to people that you head out to leamington for a coffee and pastry - unless you want to eat a half dozen sausages and eggs you won't get your money's worth
