The first room they put us in reeked of marijuana. The front desk was helpful in getting that changed. During the night, we smelled marijuana throughout the night. I’m not sure if the room was actually cleaned. The sink had rust spots and the bathroom was dirty. There was roaches in the room. There was trash throughout the room…under the beds, under desk, etc. Also, one plug worked throughout the entire room.

THE ROOM WAS STILL DIRTY A LITTLE AND HOLE AND RUSTY AROUND THE SINK AND FRIDGE NOT WORKING GOOD

The staff we dealt with were very accommodating and nice. The room itself was horrible. We asked for a non smoking room and the whole room stunk like marijuana. It was also infested with roaches. We had not been on site of the hotel more than five minutes and checked out and went to another hotel. The staff I spoke to were very apologetic and said I would be issued a full refund.

Check-in by kiosk "manned" (guy on a monitor) by a guy who had an unintelligible Indian accent who spent half the time on mute while he was talking to someone else. Took 15 minutes. Was told it was a non-smoking room...it wasn't. Reeked of cig smoke, cig burns in (dirty worn out) carpet and all over the bathroom countertop. Very noisy all night. This place is incredibly beat up and old. Should be condemned. DO NOT...repeat DO NOT stay here, you will regret it.

Thank you for your review. So sorry for the issues you have had at check in. You did have a non smoking room but alas someone had smoked in it and damage the room. He have begun renovations and trying to get rid of the noisy guests but only work if guests tell us the issues. So thank you on this.

The room smelled like duty sheets. Carpet is nasty and it seemed sticky. Thank goodness I only booked one night and left I soonest my husband and I opened the door. Lost my money. Is ok
