Staff at check in wasn't overly friendly. "here's your keys. sign here, elevator to the right.". Definitely lacking in customer service skills. Check out was great, friendly and expedient. Probably won't be saying again and will be working in the area for the next 5 months. I have stayed at other Coast hotels in Victoria, Kelowna and Vancouver and this one definitely needs some work.

hey jeff, sorry for inconvenience, there is only 1 front desk employee checking in 55-65 guests. Sometime, We will take this suggestion seriously and work on it thankyou.
