It was close to everything and the Hoetel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Only bad thing is location but overall great it was great.

A Pleasant Stay with a Few Quirks
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this Los Angeles hotel, where the warm hospitality of the staff and their attention to detail stood out. From the moment of arrival, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a pleasant experience. A rare and highly appreciated perk was the complimentary parking in Los Angeles, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest convenience. The well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploring the city. The spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of luxury to the overall stay. However, it's worth noting the absence of face washcloths, a minor inconvenience that, if addressed, could enhance the guest experience. On the downside, the pillows provided were uniquely small and firm, resembling more decorative throw pillows than the plush cushions typically found in hotel rooms. Though a minor quibble, offering a variety of pillows with different firmness levels could cater to a wider range of guest preferences and contribute to a more restful night's sleep. Despite these considerations, the exceptional staff and the convenience of free parking made my stay enjoyable. With a few adjustments, such as adding face washcloths and upgrading the pillows, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more exceptional experience. I would gladly return, appreciating the positives and looking forward to continued improvements.

This hotel looks new, nice and is very clean. It has a mini refrigerator; and coffee and a bottle of water are provided daily. The bathroom is nice and roomy with large shower. However, the mattress is too soft and is not comfortable (we had a queen size bed). The air conditioner is very loud, it kept waking us up when it turned itself on in auto mode, plus it blows cold air down to our faces. We just had to shut it down.
