This stunning 6BR/5BA house can comfortably sleep 14 people. Stunning views of the Loudoun Valley. Located on 1 acre in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this home comes with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room. As well, the outdoor living features a stunning panoramic view patio, outdoor grill area, multiple outdoor seating areas, wooded/mountain paths, and much more. If this property is booked please check out our sister property Bear Chase @ Raven Rocks!! We also have a small cottage on site called Bear Chase Cottage that sleeps 6!
The Bear Chase Pavilion that also sits on this property is part of our Bear Chase Brewery that opened in fall of 2018. Bear Chase Brewery is open 7 days a week offers a great option to get out of the house but not have to drive anywhere. Bear Chase Brewery offers a large selection of Beer, Seltzer, Wine, Cider, Wine Slushies, warm food including Pretzels and Pizzas. BCBC offers live music on the weekends and other activities throughout the week.
**If you are planning on having more than 14 guests on property please contact Bear Charge Management for information regarding private events at the Manor. There are additional fees for events hosted at the Manor and require approval before booking!

Great venue and atmosphere
Our group did not want to leave! It was a great space, large enough to host friends and family (we had 13 staying in the house) for a birthday celebration. Having the pool, hot tub, gym and spa, as well as a full kitchen, spacious deck with gorgeous views and a backyard equipped with a firepit and space for yard games made it easy for everyone to find something to do while at the house. And, its convenient proximity to Bear Chase Brewery, local hiking trails and short drive to other breweries, wineries and restaurants allowed us show our out-of-town guests the best the area has to offer. The property manager(s) were quick to respond with any questions or requests the group had leading up to and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and hope we have the opportunity to return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!
The house was beautiful! We loved the pool and proximity to the brewery. The grounds were lovely and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion is that the owners update some of the mattresses. Several beds were very firm and uncomfortable.

Amazing!
We stayed here for my fiancés birthday & had an amazing time! Not only is the well equip, but it is also so comfy. The proximity to the brewery was awesome as they will deliver and set up a keg for you! We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Can’t wait to go back!!

Our stay was wonderful, the one thing I would note is there are a lot of stink bugs we had to kill, they must be getting in through somewhere. The hub seems to be the suite on the main floor, but we found them around the house. Also the floors were quite dirty from guests probably wearing shoes inside; maybe note to guests to take shoes off in the garage. Otherwise a perfect stay, it was beautiful and the pool was amazing

Winter Getaway
Our family throughly enjoyed our winter weather getaway to Virginia. Amazing proper and views. We hit the breweries and wineries and the kids utilized the pool the entire time. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. It snowed and we had to leave @ 6am, and the driveway and road were already plowed which we appreciated very much! The one thing we were slightly surprised by is that there was no coffee. Otherwise, the house was very well-appointed. It also might be worth clarifying in the description that the property is right next to the brewery. We didn’t mind, but from the description and pictures we thought the house would be set back in the woods with more privacy. Nonetheless, the view was great! We will try to book again!

Management offsite - perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at Bluemont, perfect for our management team to have meetings and enjoy the neighboring brewery. Lots of space to spread out and the indoor pool and hot tub was icing on the cake. Cannot beat the views either! Looking to come back again soon!

Work getaway
Took my staff and spouses for a 2 night getaway in this spectacular home! We had an overnight ice storm and stayed inside all day..We played games, relaxed, enjoyed the hot tub and perfect temperature pool! We had great beer, enjoyed cooking and eating great food from the brewery and Monks BBQ! We enjoyed every second of our stay! Thank you Chris for being so accommodating and providing a gem of a home for guests to enjoy for so many occasions.We will be back!

A Christmas Getaway Close to Home
We stayed at Bear Chase Manor early December back in 2021 for two nights and I had been wanting so badly to make the Christmas stay work at some point. This year, it did! It saved my sanity by not having to clean our whole home for guests and decorating. The house was beautifully and tastefully decorated for the season. And truly, the pool and hot tub are what made it so special. Time with the little ones, memories made, older cousins having fun doing more than eating and sitting around the table. The great room was great for games with plenty of space for all. Walks around the grounds were lovely, despite the heavy fog. The proximity to the RV park in Winchester also made it possible for one son and DIL to toggle between their animals and nights at the RV and spending loads of time with us… I don’t want to talk it up too much just in case we want to go again next year!😉
