It was beyond dirty. There was hair in the beds, nothing looked cleaned and hair on the toilet seat (yup that kinda hair)

Dear Guest, It would have been really helpful if you had informed about your concern during your stay. You had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & if the rooms were beyond dirty then why did you stay in such dirty rooms for 2 nights? During your entire stay you never informed us about your concerns & it does not make sense to stay in dirty rooms for 2 nights? Next time if you staying in any hotel & if the room does not meet your standards the right thing to do would be inform the front desk right away & that way it will give the hotel staff the opportunity to fix the problem you experiencing.
