This family-friendly Winter Park condo, located in Hi Country Haus features a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom with king size bed and the other contains two bunk beds suitable for both children and adults. Pack n Play crib available. The main living area has two queen size sleeper sofas. The kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo, plus an additional washer/dryer on the first floor of the condo building. A wood burning fireplace, storage for ski's, outdoor seating with views of the Fraser river and the mountains of Colorado!

This unit is 940 sq/ft, recently updated with new floors and furniture. The bar area that separates the kitchen and living room seats 3 while the kitchen has seating for 6. Cable TV and Wifi are provided, an extra HDMI cable is available for anyone who wants to plug in additional devices.

The Winter Park shuttle service, The Lift, stops directly outside the building. Located on the blue line simply walk downstairs, board the free shuttle and be whisked away to the slopes! Ideal in several ways, with the Fraser river and trail just outside the front door, and Downtown Winter Park a short walk away with many shops and restaurants.

Guests have access to the Hi Country Haus recreational center which offers an indoor swimming pool, two indoor hot tubs, an outdoor hot tub, workout room, indoor kids play corner, lounge with pool table, big screen tv, couches and a large fireplace, as well as an outdoor covered picnic area and playground. Additional laundry facility also available.
