A great find.
A great find, compact room with everything you need to hand. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in the Masons Arms is delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this place 😊
Shhhh…don’t tell everyone what a fabulous place this is! It needs to be kept a secret! Lovely staff, spotless rooms & car parking in the grounds of a fabulous pub that serves incredible food & is walking distance from all York’s amazing sights…this place is outstanding value for money & I highly recommend it.

Super location
Super location just on outskirts of York city walls with free overnight parking which is a great bonus. Tea & coffee facilities and great pub with lovely food. Stayed a number of times and would always return to this friendly, family run hotel.

Excellent stay The Masons Arms.
Me and My partner stopped for a night as we were at a concert in York. The staff were very polite and friendly and very welcoming. They showed us to the room and made it clear if we needed anything more, coffee, tea etc.. dont hesitate to ask. The room was perfect for what we needed. Very warm ( had to turn the heating down ) comfy bed. Shower was perfect, overall lovely stay and everything you could need in a room. Even had a little mini fridge.
