The staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the room was not clean, I moved the ottoman and there was a beer top from the last person who was in the room and there was black mold in the bathroom which a paint job would have solved this problem. It’s sad because this is a Ramada hotel and you expect a certain quality from it. The manager was very nice and was having a difficult day, but was kind to me and checked me in early which I truly appreciated.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The phone did not work in either rooms that we had reserved. Both rooms smelled musty. The customer service was not very friendly and helpful. The advertised breakfast was not even close.
