The representative residence of Zermatt.

Pros: I was able to get tired body with bath salt everyday. The hotel staff gave me the wrong key at check-in. So I wasted time.
Cons: Room card was a problem. We had to go back every day to get room cards again. That should really improve.
Location: Zermatt is really everywhere.
I think I relaxed every day at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.
