This cozy holiday home is located a stone's throw from the beach and the charming center of Zoutelande. Ideal for a great beach vacation.

The house was completely newly built in 2016/2017 and fully equipped (dishwasher, combi microwave, smart TV, wifi, underfloor heating)
Kitchen / wc & bathroom are all new and modern.

In addition to all these conveniences, this holiday home has a sunny private garden with a south-west facing terrace. The property is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. Of course there is a cot and a highchair available on request.

On the ground floor there is a toilet / modern open kitchen / cozy living room / and of course a wide passage to the lovely garden.

On the first floor there is a modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

This property is rented in the main season from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, another changeover day is negotiable.
