Swiss charm and character

Pros: Clean, charming, elegant
Cons: coffee maker in room - but this is usually not found in European hotels I've experienced.
Location: Centrally located in 'old town' - easy to walk to the river, shopping, dining choices. Very quick access to public transit.
A delightful spot to stay in Zurich! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is simply charming and delightful.
