La Vielle Ferme

This lovely, family-friendly farmhouse is an ideal base for exploring the Dordogne and is just a short drive from the Lascaux caves and Vézère valley at Montignac. A supermarket for all your needs is just a few minutes drive away.

The garden is completely enclosed, with a shaded eating area and a Big Green Egg barbecue. There is a raised sun-terrace near the large swimming-pool with plenty of parasols and sun-loungers. There is a large balcony for evening drinks.

The well-equipped kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, and a large fridge as well as all the saucepans, crockery and cutlery for a large family. The refectory table seats 10 people easily. There is a utility room with washing machine and a drying line outside. There is free Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms, two with en-suites and one with its own toilet and wash-basin. There is a full-sized cot, with bedding. The fourth en-suite bedroom is downstairs, with easy-access shower and is ideal for the less-mobile. All bedding, towels and pool towels are provided. There is shaded, on-site parking.

Lovely stay in rural France

House suited everybody with multiple bathrooms and plenty of comfy bed options. Really nicely decorated & maintained. Lovely pool and sun deck and different areas for eating & relaxing. Rural & tranquil location but only 5 mins drive to town with supermarket etc. Well equipped kitchen for meal prepping.

Charming period property, recently renovated. If anything, nicer than the photos show. Lovely big kitchen conveniently located next to spacious outdoor dining, cosy sitting room, pool has great mix of space for sitting in sun/shade. Very quiet, 5 mins drive from Thenon with great mix of shops/market

Perfect house and location

So much space to enjoy - especially outdoor areas. Pool is perfect too. Great big kitchen which is sooo well equipped with all you need and a huge table for those days that are too hot to be out. Highly recommend

Gorgeous house and location

This house was perfect for exploring the Dordogne. Amazing places to visit and water sports to do. Great seating areas and exceptionally well equipped. Pool was perfect!

Un séjour très agréable dans la très jolie maison de Nick!. La maison est très bien équipée, la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue (le pisciniste passe toutes les semaines) Merci à Anne également pour l'accueil et les informations.

Une jolie maison confortable et tranquille

Une maison agréable à vivre, en particulier la partie cuisine, salon, avec la grande table extérieure facilement accessible de la cuisine. Piscine très proche et sécurisée. Emplacement proche de sites touristiques comme Lascaux. Nettoyage bien fait sauf les barbecues qui n’étaient pas nettoyés depuis un moment, c’est dommage au vu du prix de 200€ pour le nettoyage. Malgré ce détail, on gardera un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Magnifique Séjour en Dordogne

maison magnifique et très bien restaurée dans un hameau très calme. Piscine très agréable. Commodités et commerces à 5 minutes à peine. Nous avons passé un excellement moment en famille. Il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisines pour les grandes tablées sinon l'équipement de la maison est parfait. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Vacances pluvieuses, vacances heureuses !

Malgré le temps qui n'était pas de la partie cette semaine là (comme partout ailleurs), la maison étant très spacieuse, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. En fonction du temps, nous avons utilisé les différentes parties de la maison en intérieur, mais aussi en extérieur (notamment la mezzanine très agréable). La propriété est au calme, proche des chemins pour se promener. Seul bémol, la piscine n'était pas toujours propre, lié aussi à la végétation du jardin. Je recommande.

Le Calme de la ferme d'AJAT

une grande maison avec le charme des vieilles pierres qui a nous a permis de passer des vacances au calme. La Piscine a enchanté les enfants. Les différentes pièces et endroits ont permis à chacun d'avoir son espace. Dommage que le temps n'ait pas été de la partie, mais je conseille cette location.
