This villa is an audiovisual spectacle that will leave you speechless.

We continue to improve the house in 2025, following the impressive renovation of the ground floor and pool area recently completed (you can see it in the photos).

Available for Christmas 2025, we will have a new kitchen island and a 90-square-meter living room on the first floor, new floor-to-ceiling windows, new LED lighting, a new 100-inch TV and a new UHD 4K projector in the living room, and another pergola on the front terrace, in front of the new living room. All of this will be available by Christmas 2025.
The house has two living rooms, both with open kitchens: one measuring 80 square meters on the ground floor next to the pool, and another measuring 90 square meters on the first floor, both with spectacular views of the sea and the city.

A huge infinity pool with two waterfalls, an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people, an outdoor cinema with music, a heated indoor cinema room, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a charcoal barbecue, billiards, ping-pong, darts, gym equipment, and high-speed Wi-Fi (1 GB). Thanks to its 475 square meters of usable area, the house is very spacious.

Magnificent house, game room, and a spectacular 80-meter living room, right next to the incredible 11-meter-long by 5-meter-wide pool, with an outdoor projector to enjoy movies and videos at night on its 200-inch screen.

An exclusive indoor movie theater and four projectors spread throughout the house (with 150-inch screens and 4K projectors) are a true visual spectacle. In addition to two 75-inch and two 85-inch televisions, and a 100-inch television, we have two computers, an outdoor jacuzzi with a barbecue, 1 GB fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house, and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.

We maintain the pool water temperature at a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius year-round, at no additional cost, included in the price. We have abundant energy thanks to our solar panel system that supplies all the house's electrical needs.

We truly believe it has the best views in all of Almuñécar.

On the ground floor, in the pool area, there's an 80 m² multipurpose room with a large sliding door that leads to the enormous infinity pool (11 x 5 m). Here we find a dedicated cinema room, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor to service the pool), a kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, as well as a large outdoor cinema screen (200 inches) for unforgettable evenings.

On the first floor, we have a 90-square-meter living room with an open kitchen (55 square meters living room and 35 square meters kitchen), two bedrooms, another computer, a 4K projector, two TVs (85 and 100 inches), and a bathroom in the living room and kitchen, all surrounded by spacious terraces with pergolas.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with three bathrooms, all en suite.
In the tower, there is another bedroom with two single beds.
