Fill all of your "get away" needs in this cozy condo looking out over the Ski Lift with a short walk to biking/hiking trails, restaurants/shops and skiing (also check out our other condo, #892316) which is within walking distance in the same complex.
Relax in this spacious 2 Br, 1 Loft, 3 Bathroom updated facility which sleeps 10 comfortably(comfortable sofa and roll away beds) all with clean cozy linens! New floors, windows. All bedrooms are on different levels, insuring complete privacy if desired, and the Master Bath has an exhilarating Jacuzzi tub!

New kitchen appliances and floor/counter tiling, make for great dining at a spacious table while viewing the ski slopes below.

The living room balcony affords you a bird's eye view of the lift/slopes, including the Ski Lift which will take you to numerous runs, made for all ages and abilities! Mt. Wheeler is an ominous site in the distance as you enjoy colorful sunsets while looking through the pine trees.
New flat screen TVs accompany all bedrooms, with one above the wood burning fireplace in the living room as well. Small laundry appliances are located on the lowest level.

A very accommodating grocery store with many amenities, including firewood, is close by and a picturesque public golf course/tennis/pickleball facilities/lake awaits you. All of this, PLUS, easy access to Taos, Santa Fe and other ski areas!

Avoid the rush of Colorado and be captivated by the 'Enchantment' of New Mexico!!

Perfect place by the slopes!

We had a great time and it was perfect for our group of 9. We have a mix of 2 families with adults, kids and teens. It’s a very close walk to the slopes. Was great to come home for lunch break. Everything was amazing and we would recommend staying here.2 things to know -the middle bedroom is just an open loft which works fine for a teen but no doors and have to pass through there to get to upstairs bedroom or to get to downstairs kitchen so no privacy. 2nd thing- Since you are soooo close to the slopes you can hear the snowcat beeping a lot of the night so make sure to have earplugs especially if in the bottom bedroom

Right next to the lift!!!!

The condo was in a great location next to the lift! Plenty of room for a family of 8! Condo was well equipped, had a nice fire place, and the washer and dryer was nice since we have young children. Communication with the owner Patty was very quick and easy. You won’t be disappointed booking this property!

Great spacious condo close to slopes!

We had such a great stay at this condo. We have 4 boys ranging from 7 to 14 and they all loved it! You can see the Chili Express from the living room window and at night it's neat to be able to see the night skiers coming down! The host was responsive and very nice. About 30 feet from the front door of the condo are steps leading down to the ski school and chili express. The garage was also a nice bonus. I highly recommend!

Excellent location and responsiveness

Everything was great. Room for everyone (we were 6 adults and 2 teens). Well equipped and perfectly located just steps from the slopes!The only drawback is that you have to take your garbage with you and drive to the end of town to get rid of it. With eight grown up people and four days stay, we had a lot of garbage to get rid off!

A Very Merry Christmas!

A great stay! Perfect location for very short walk to lift. Accommodations were excellent and Patty was very helpful. Cozy place decorated nicely and overlooking the slopes. Couldn't have been better.

Angel Fire Family Ski Trip

The property was clean, cozy and the owner communicated wonderfully. It really is as close to the lifts as is depicted in the listing! We were able to ski, walk back to the condo for a quick lunch and get right back out to slopes. Great property and location!

Great location with a great view of the slopes!

Clean, location was great and convenient, the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again! Only downside was that the king mattress in master and twin mattress in loft were very hard and not super comfortable.

Location is great, garage is nice to have, beds were plentiful. Some old milk left in fridge, not the hosts fault, but she had the cleaning guy come and take care of it. Would stay again.

Nice property right above the lift

Nice, clean condo with a garage super close to the lift! There's a little path from the end of the building basically right down the hill to the lift/El Jefe's. We enjoyed being so close to the bike park and having the garage for the bikes. Plenty of space and basic supplies like kitchen utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

NOT UP TO ANYONE’S STANDARDS & the owner doesn’t keep her word!

We showed up the first night to a filthy condo with personal belongings; lap top, phone, spiral notebook full of personal info, in one room as if someone lived there & left in a hurry. There was trash on floor & countertops, the carpet was filthy, there was dirt on the rugs, laundry was left out & the washer was full of laundry. This was very late at night but I was able to speak to the owner, Patty. She had no clue what was happening. Other than her cleaning guy had heart problems & maybe something had happened to him. She said she would call her cleaners & find out what was going on. She apparently did not even text them because at 7 am I hear someone come into the condo. It scared me to death. Thank goodness I was awake or that could’ve been ugly. He said “what are you doing here”? I said we are staying here & he said “you’re not supposed to be here”. Turns out he got his days mixed up. Everyone was still asleep so he said he would come back later to clean. Which meant one of us had to stay behind and miss skiing so he could clean. When they came back, while cleaning they asked if we wanted to carpet and floors cleaned. Made me wonder if they do not always do that? As I said they were filthy. Patty said she was mortified & offered comp Our entire stay. I DID NOT ASK, she said she wanted to make it right. We were not rude & were extremely understanding, mistakes happen. On our last morning Patty confirmed vie text that she was giving us a full refund via VRBO. However, she quit responding & mailed us a check for a refund of 2 nights (not including the nightly taxes and fees which are substantial) & the cleaning fee with a note about that she had spoken to many people, including VRBO, and decided she didn’t want or need to comp our entire stay. It’s a shame Patty doesn’t keep her word. We personally own STR properties & other business & when we as owners say we are going to do something, we do it. It’s a shame Patty the owner of this condo does not do the same. Further, the condo is very, very outdated and it appears that whatever left over furnishings she has laying around she uses to furnish this place. The kitchen cookware and utensils are old and need desperately to be replaced. There’s a total of 5 very narrow stair cases & an access door to a dark creepy crawl space in the floor just outside the door of the bedroom on the lowest floor they keep covered up by a rug. Not there when we arrived bc of the condition of the condo. Do not rent!

Blessed to be able to let the kids stretch out in their own rooms instead of a hotel! Very accommodating and the views were breathtaking! Had a couple questions regarding the condo and snow and received replies quickly. Very nice place and would most definitely recommend
