Peaceful cabin

This cabin is located at the top of a hill in a peaceful wooded area. The hot tub was relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. It was difficult to find the cabin in the dark and extra signage would have helped but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised!

Perfect off the grid getaway ....

Was able to spend some quality time with my youngest to relax and reset during spring break. The location was perfect and relaxing for a both! We were able to visit with family in 2 separate locations (Mars Hill and Marshall) and convenient to Hot Springs! Took a short hike while in Hot Springs, which was a great escape into nature! Even made a day trip over to Sevierville TN! I hope we can book another stay to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Western NC and Eastern TN!!

Silent Night was perfection

The cabin was perfectly located close to everything but also far enough outside of town to enjoy the wildness. We saw turkey and deer this trip. We loved the cabin and all the amenities it had to offer. We sat in the hot tub, with a fire going in the outdoor fire pit and watched it snow! Talk about making dreams come true!!! Before our trip, the management company informed us that we needed a 4WD vehicle to access the property, they were right! We will definitely come back to Silent Night!

Perfect getaway!

From my last minute booking request until we departed, we had nothing short of an amazing stay. The cabin has a very nice layout, nice kitchen and awesome wraparound porch! We stayed in Sept and the nights were nice and cool to relax in the hot tub. Even the drive to the cabin was gorgeous with the tall grasses lining the road. It has been our favorite place to stay and we will definitely return! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great Spot off the beaten track

We greatly enjoyed the cabin. It was clean and neat and with the rare exception of a dog bark in the distance there was no sound outside that of the woods. We live on a large private property and this was perfect for us after a day of trail hiking. It is off the beaten track up a long gravel drive but an ordinary Toyota Highlander had no problem with the drive and the quiet and privacy along with the huge porch are well worth it. Thanks.

Secluded and peaceful!

Great place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet away from everything! It's about 40 minutes outside of Asheville, and over an hour away from some of the more popular hikes that way. The cabin is pretty much on top of a mountain, so the driveway is a little intimidating. But worth it! Recommended for a true 'getwaway'!

Great place 30 minutes outside of Asheville

Had a great stay, Cabin was everything the listing described. the kitchen was very well equipped, great patio with plenty of seating, gas fireplace was awesome (was a little chilly outside a couple nights. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to visit Asheville or the surrounding areas and not want to stay in the city itself. After a long day at the Biltmore, trekking around the hiking trails or just Asheville itself. It was great to come back and not see or hear anyone.

Wonderful place. Needs 1 thing to be perfect

Great place. Just as shown in pics. Really nice layout for a vacation cabin. Very clean. Quiet. Everything organized and well maintained. Neat features, some of which will be added to our next home. The only thing we didn’t feel was 100% is both beds are overdue for updating. Larger room at least needs a mattress and bed spring. Smaller room needs a clean start. By far the noisiest bed I have ever experienced. Looks good, it’s not. Will certainly stay again if this is corrected. Note that they are not kidding about the driveway. Also be aware that you are driving through another property to get to this one.

Quiet getaway

Be SURE to arrive before dark! Property is clean, modern, and has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. Hot tub jets were only functioning on 1 half until we turned the nobs. Temperature and chemicals well maintained. Plenty of towels. Multiple pack n plays available. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Driveway has tall grass and trees that limit the light and views even in the day. Driveway sign small and difficult to see at night. No lights on at the property can make the end of the driveway/hill difficult to navigate at night. The mature trees prevent the overlook view, but provide great privacy. VERY quiet at night. Would stay again.

Perfect Hideaway

If you're looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place! Feels very secluded though you are only 10 minutes from "town". The sound of rain falling on the tin roof of the porch while you rock away in a rocking chair was amazing! The property is very clean! All the basics were provided from towels and linens to kitchen items. I would definitely go back.

Remote, Relaxing, and Quiet

This was exactly what we were hoping for. Quiet, comfortable, and solitary. No other houses or people in sight, just the breeze and the birds. If you want that kind of solitude, this is perfect. Just make sure you're in a vehicle that can make the climb!

The property was everything we needed. It was just far enough away from everything to feel very private but close enough to gorgeous views and small little towns to explore. We were looking for a secluded getaway near Asheville with a big porch and hot tub, and Silent Night did not disappoint. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
