The beaches of nearby Barbariga are rugged and remote, while the white pebble shores and crystal-clear waters of Peroj are fifteen minutes away from the estate by car.

The charming town of Rovinj is a coastal gem on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, around twenty-five minutes from Meneghetti Wine Hotel and Winery. A picturesque seaside town with narrow cobblestone streets and colourful architecture, here you can relax by the turquoise waters of Lone Bay Beach or enjoy a variety of watersports on Mulini Beach. Later, wander the labyrinthine streets of the old town before making your way to the hilltop Church of  St. Euphemia, where you can take in panoramic views of the ocean and the cluster of tiny islands surrounding Rovinj.

Return to Villa Malvazija in time for a relaxing sunset swim, before a delicious dinner under the stars at Meneghetti Restaurant, where traditional Istrian fare is given a modern, gourmet twist and prepared using the very best of seasonal ingredients. There is no security deposit, but should there be any damage or loss caused by you or your guests during your stay you may be liable for the cost.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.

Minimum stay?
2 nights. All other durations on request.

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet per day will apply (paid locally).

Tax?
Tourist tax will be charged according to the local rate upon arrival in cash:

Guests aged 12 to 18 years old are to pay 50% of the rate

Children up to 12 years old are exempt from paying tax.
