It was an Okay stay. We made the best of it but the hotel could use some improvements in many areas. The area however is located nearby a lot and everything is walking distance. 20-45 min walks will get you to some really amazing sights and areas if you’re looking to explore the local culture. The walk back is also fun if you decide to take another route you’re always going to find something new. The street art is very much alive everywhere you go and there are dozens of restaurants to explore so you’ll never be bored or lacking something to do. Overall, I wouldn’t expect much from the hotel other than a place to rest your head at night. But the area is a great place if you’re looking to explore Barcelona. Hope this helps you !

The hotel is close to a Metro stop and easy to find. Ahead of my stay, they contacted me to find out when I would be arriving in the city, and were able to offer me an early check in and access to my room when I arrived. I was happy with the service and helpful staff, and my room also met my expectations.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received. The representatives seemed uninformed about basic issues. To make matters worse, they were consistently not friendly specifically the 2 guys who had afternoon shifts , making the overall experience extremely unpleasant. They need to be more courteous.
