Staff was friendly and facilities were very basic. No hot water in shower. Did not clean the room. Location had nothing around where to go. Not sure why Travelocity would promote this place.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review Oasis by the Bay. We are sorry that we did not quite meet your expectations. Hot water is not usually an issue as we have had on demand hot water heaters installed. We will look at this issue. We are in a quiet part of town so at this time of year most guests will use our facilities while they explore the larger area around us; skiing, hiking, local small towns. During the summer our location between the beach and the river attracts many guests as it is a quick walk to either. We are a small motel so it does tend to be quiet.
