Parking garage attendant not attentive. We couldn't get into the garage after getting ticket. My daughter had to walk back to the front desk to ask for help. Shay at the check in very helpful. I had to go down stairs in my pajamas to the front desk because our room was freezing. The sweet young woman gave me 2 warm duvets. Very inconvenient! We waited 1.5 hours for maintenance to come and fix the heater. He didn't speak English which took even longer. I was late for my MRI appointment waiting around for him! Parking garage price an is insulting. I paid to stay at the hotel I shouldn't have to pay $58 for parking. I will not be staying here for any of my future medical appointments!

Sonder is across the street from the light rail that will take you directly downtown Boston. Easy transfers to Cambridge (Harvard University) and to Airport. Good dining options about 3 blocks in both directions from the hotel and safe to walk.An easy 15-20 minute walk to Fenway Park. Quite hotel with easy check-in and checkout. Staff very attentive. Highly recommend and reasonable cost.

The AC in the room didn’t work well. It was very hard to get into the room itself- the door wouldn’t open with the key card, had to put the key card on it about 10 times before it unlocked. The curtain was broken, had to manually close them. The shower heads were difficult to maneuver. There was no water bottles at least in the rooms. Overall it was so quaint and cute, very unique, comfortable, clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive
