HOT TUB & COLD PLUNGE USE:
The Hot Tub and Cold Plunge are available for a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you`d like access to these amenities.

ROAD & VEHICLE ACCESS:
The property is reached via a county-maintained dirt road and private dirt driveway. Please plan to drive an appropriate vehicle. In winter or inclement weather, 4WD is required to access the home. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as no refunds will be issued due to cancellations or inability to access the property caused by inclement weather.

Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
$150 security deposit required prior to check in.
Hot Tub & Cold Plunge Use available for additional $50 fee.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆
Pets are welcome with prior approval. $100 per pet per stay. Guests must clean up after pets and cannot leave them unattended.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Guests may park in the driveway.

☆☆ WATER USE REMINDER ☆☆
Our property runs on well water, a limited but precious resource, and utilizes a water storage tank to supply the property. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of showers, dishwashing, and laundry. Every drop helps ensure a comfortable stay for everyone (and keeps the well and tanks from running dry 😉).

While we do refill the tanks in between guest stays, in the event you experience issues with water supply during your stay, please let us know right away so that we can send a water truck to refill the storage tank if needed.

We are in the mountains-- there are bears and other wildlife in the area. Please do not leave any food outdoors, refrain from feeding the animals, and be sure to keep the bungee cords on the trash cans. Guests are advised to keep food and trash secure, supervise children and pets, and exercise caution outdoors.
