The Space:
This villa is newly remodeled and new furniture throughout, 2200 square-foot, reverse story and a half, 3 Bed/2.5 Bath villa is the perfect place for your Branson getaway! This property has ZERO steps to enter the front door. Located in the Pointe Royale Resort, this villa has everything you need, including an AWESOME location! Once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

Once inside the villa, you'll enjoy a renovated kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counters and new stylish backsplash. Brand new stainless-steel appliances will make cooking for your group easy! All cookware and dinnerware is provided. The dining table seats six, with additional stools at the breakfast bar. From the living room, you'll be able to watch a movie, big game or favorite Netflix show on the 55-inch Smart TV. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee from the balcony or the rain free covered patio below overlooking the Pointe Royale Golf Course and clubhouse. Each bedroom features a king bed with new comfort-plus mattresses. You will find everything you need to stay for the week including all lines and towels as well as a hair dryer and other comforts. Every detail thought of.

First Level: Front door entrance, kitchen, living room, laundry room, primary king bedroom/bathroom and half bath, upper deck.

Second (Downstairs) Level: Two king bedrooms and one full bath, lower deck.

Villa features: Fully-equipped kitchen, 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, furnished deck, free Wi-fi, in-unit laundry machines and open parking as well as garage parking. This unit features 3 spacious bedrooms each with its own king bed. Community features: 18-hole golf course, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, hot tub, picnic areas with charcoal grills and clubhouse with restaurant.

FIREPLACE: While the condo does have a fireplace, we do not advertise it in our listing and it is not for guest use. We do not provide firewood, nor do we encourage it's use for liability reasons.

The neighborhood
Just minutes from the "Branson Strip", the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City (only 8 miles away!) and Big Cedar Lodge.

Pointe Royale Resort has plenty to do as well! Enjoy a round of golf at the 18-hole course. Cool off on a hot day in the HUGE swimming pool. For cooler nights, there is an indoor pool and a large outdoor hot tub. After working up an appetite in the fitness center and tennis courts, enjoy a bite to eat at the clubhouse restaurant within walking distance from the villa!

***Icemaker in fridge is not operable. If ice is needed, please supply your own.

***Due to the time needed for laundering, we do not supply pool towels. Bath towels are provided. If you are interested in using the Pointe Royale pool, please bring your own pool towels.

***If you're looking to book this condo in order to have a party, please do NOT. We do not hesitate to call local authorities or assess additional cleaning fees for party clean-up. Should you be asked to leave in the middle of your stay due to violation of house rules, no refunds will be given.

***Pets welcome; however certain aggressive breeds not allowed.

***Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
