The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cleaning people were very thorough with their job. The late front reception was great Mr. Roberto showed gave us a tour of the hotel and even checked the room to be sure was ready for us to settle in.

En general la estancia fue muy agradable. En excepción del matress (colchón) es demasiado duro y en cuanto a limpieza no barrían ni trapeaban el piso.

The place is located in real cacun not in the hotel turistic area far from a beach . because the location is a lot less expensive . The bus station is very close . The mall and small kioskos are very close. If you like to be in a bubble is not for you is the real cancun.

The reviews are misleading, this place os located in a terrible area, so bad that our taxi driver told us it was not safe at night and to stay in. My husband and i made the decision to change hotels immediately after arriving because we feared for our safety. The room was ok, the bed was hard, the ceiling fan didn't work and we were told that they would fix it in the AM. Irequested a refund but was denied. All i will say is stay at your own risk. You have been warned
