We were at Hotel NYX Cancun All Inclusive from Jan. 6-11, 2024. We had a wonderful experience. Checking in was quick and easy. I had called ahead to request a room accessible by elevator and to inform the staff of our anniversary celebration. Our room was easy to access and decorated with a door banner, towel sculpture swans, rose petals, sparkling wine and chocolates. The hotel is clean and has had many recent updates, including railings installed along outdoor staircases. The breakfast staff is cheerful and hardworking, offering many choices every morning. We had lunch served on the beach every day, always delicious and well prepared. The beach is outstanding, with plenty of loungers available. Staff was always quick to offer delivery of drinks and snacks. Dinners were varied and delicious, with different themes every evening. Our dinners at Chianti and Umami were top-notch excellent in food and service. Staff were always eager to make our trip relaxing and enjoyable. Checkout was smooth and worry free with excellent airport transfer assistance from the front door staff. We had a great anniversary vacation. We highly recommend Hotel NYX Cancun All Inclusive.
