Constant construction noise . No water in room on last day and not offering any compensation at all. The food very average specially at buffet. Only 2 restaurants offered good dinner . Not much options for breakfast except buffet or if you were preferred guest . Not enough room in pool area. Small resort in compare to other resorts we have stayed in.

Not bad but wasn’t the best. The staff was amazing but the food was average, I like that there were a lot of choices but they were mid to me. Loved the Asian restaurant. Pretty clean but we found a few spiders in our room (might’ve gotten inside when we opened the door).

If you’ve stayed at luxury brand resorts in Mexico before you will be disappointed. For a Hyatt and dreams brand hotel resort the expectations were not met at all. There is a level of mismanagement at this resort, staff are disorganized and not properly trained. Examples: every meal was incorrectly delivered the waiters are writing down your order but when it comes to delivery they would get it wrong every time even though it’s the same waiter that took the order. They constantly forgot drinks. The lack of common essentials during meal service such as when eating sushi expect to be given a soy sauce dish, they failed to do this every time and we would have to wait for a dish that should have arrived with the meal including wasabi and ginger. The food service is horrible, we left so many meals because either the food wasn’t cooked properly or the taste was horrible. There’s limited dining options for lunch only 1 restaurant available and the buffet and poolside grill. But the most concerning is the cleanliness there’s black mold in the bathrooms and the floors are dirty. For families I wouldn’t recommend just because of the cleanliness is very poor. It smells like wet moldy towel everywhere even in the spa. However the only pro is the spa at this resort but it’s overpriced for the hydrotherapy because the equipment is once again dirty. The amenities seem nice but at closer look they’re old and rusty. The handrail to the lazy river broke and the glide rider is rusty.

Happy with our stay but a few things were different , Have to wait in line to give the hostess your room number to go eat Serving staff is limited around the pool Entertainment was minimal almost none existent , and it was in the lobby rather than a normal stage area, Took a taxi to go to Cancun for the afternoon it cost 240$ usd return it’s 20 min away- money grab big time Breakfast buffet was fine but coffee service very slow, wasn’t hot enough one day and old coffee the next Restaurants were good …French, Italian,Japanese (that was great) Lots of fun activities in the pool every day No wrist band at this resort , that’s great Didn’t go on zip line was closed lots Loved the lazy river and slides Outdoor hot tub was great it’s right by the pools there are 2 Yes there was a sighting of a crocodile (it’s built on a marsh ) Beach water is dark so no time spent in it Had room service it was free and awesome Drinks were good All in all it was great but I won’t go there again ..sorry Oh and my package included flighting with westjet, but we flew in a swoop plane (west jet bought out swoop) but the planes are tight very cramped

Quick review for people that are planning a trip to dreams natura. I have to say it is not as large as I am use to but how nice it was and everything was so convenient to get to. Food and drinks were good. My 11 year old son and myself went and had a wonderful time. We were upgraded preffered club and how nice it was. Thank you Expedia and Dreams. The room was very clean, Jacuzzi tub could have been a bit bigger. I loved that we had access to lawn chairs and unlimited towels. I have been to a few resorts and chairs and towels are a hot commodity and hard to come by. Staff were friendly but not super friendly if that makes sense. We swam with the dolphins singed up with Amstar and was an unforgettable experience. First time coming back from a resort I didn’t have stomach issues, that’s a plus. Very clean and beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family.
