Condo à Canmore
Tout a bien été! Lit King très confortable. Les matelas deux lits doubles sont un peu mou. Cuisine : assez complète. J'aurais aimé avoir plus de trucs comme huile, épices etc. Très bonne approvisionnement en gel désinfectant dans toutes les pièces de la maison. C'est un appartement qui n'a pas beaucoup d'éclairage naturel puisque est entouré de blocs appartement autour. Impossible de voir les montagnes qui sont pourtant très proches. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du spa! Ainsi que le BBQ très propre!

Great Weekend!
We had a great time in Canmore. Franco was very responsive and is the best host we’ve ever had! The free bottle of wine and Banff park pass was a nice added touch! The kids enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Definitely will be coming back!

We always enjoy our stays at Mystic Springs Chalets! Our host this stay was Franco & he was great, as was his condo! Everything we needed was supplied. We loved being just a few steps away from the hot tub & we made good use of it in the -20 weather! We always meet interesting people to visit with in the hot tub!! We also really appreciated the bottle of wine & the use of the park pass! We were very appreciative that Franco was able to accommodate our request for a date change in our reservation, due to extreme weather (-41). We totally enjoyed our stay in Franco's condo & we will book with him again!

Great Condo!
It was a lovely condo and easy to find and located in a good spot to all amenities. The only downside is the parking is tight and lots of other condos park more than one vehicle when your only allowed one spot so coming back from Banff after skiing and dinner later leaves you with no parking and have to park minimum 3 blocks away. I would definitely stay again but parking could be better sorted out.

Excellent rental!
The listing was accurate: spacious, clean and well decorated. Above all, Franco was wonderful. He communicated promptly and helped answer any and all questions we had. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations! Would highly recommend renting this unit. The only issue we had was the heated pool was not as warm as in the past, but the hot tub was wonderful!

Perfect getaway
second time we have stayed and everything about this property was wonderful. plenty of parking, easy access, pool and hot tub, and even a banff park pass 😀. very comfortable and clean, our kids loved the harry potter room. Franco reached out to make sure our stay was going great. i highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a mountain getaway

Wonderful spot in Canmore!
These hosts are amazing and the property is absolutely perfect! Our family absolutely loved our stay. The chalet comes with a lovely welcome basket and lots of amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Our kids (ages 7 & 10) loved the playroom/Harry Potter room under the stairs and the pool & hot tub facilities are awesome -even better than the photos! I really can’t say enough about the hosts -we have stayed in tons of rental properties and these hosts truly stand out as some of the best. Communication was awesome -quick, professional, friendly, helpful… we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful home, great location in Canmore, near Banff
This was our 1st time visiting Banff and this was a perfect home base in Canmore. Only ~15 min from Banff, less than an hour from Lake Louise, ~2 hrs to Jasper. Very clean (they take off shoes in the house), well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Canmore was beautiful in its own right, surrounded by mountains, easy walk to trails, shops, restaurants. Franco's restaurant recommendations and information on hikes were extremely helpful! We only had time to visit Banff and the Icefields Parkway this visit, hope to make it back to see Jasper on a future visit. Would highly recommend this home for anyone planning a trip to this stunning area!
