Your main living area boasts a beautiful kitchen with plenty of cooking space, an island to enjoy your meals at or to work on, and a cozy living room with smart TV, couch, and games to enjoy. Slide your antique double barn doors open to wander into the master bedroom with brand new BEAR king-sized mattress (an eco-friendly mattress for athletes that has cooling technology and assists with joint stiffness and recovery) and crisp white linens to spread out in after a day adventuring around the Roaring Fork Valley. This space boasts cozy heat in the winters and a new evaporative cooling unit for the beautifully-warm summer months. Your bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet, and washer/dryer.

When you're not appreciating the craftsmanship of your little farmhouse apartment, walk out onto the 200 square foot deck surrounded by local fruit trees and looking out at Mount Sopris in the distance. - This space is a fully-enclosed apartment above a garage and designed to give you space and privacy. Please do not disturb the neighboring buildings as the homeowners live/conduct their business out of these other buildings.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- There is a parking spot large enough for one vehicle that is not too long. There is additional parking on the street if needed.

- This apartment is located up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator available.

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
