"The Positives: All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very well organised.. The chair and pouf were well appreciated.. The bed comfortable..
The negatives: The revolving front door is a complete joke.. It is too small and too slow causing anyone with cases to get jammed inside.. This is wholly unacceptable..
The roads outside were extremely noisy with one other guest describing it to me like 'the Fast and Furious'.. The noise penetrates the rooms and can spoil sleep...
The shower despite adjustment would only send out cool not hot water..
I took breakfast but was severely dissatisfied.. After being presented with the menu was informed that I could only choose one item.. I was hungry and at the price I felt I could have my choice and not be limited.. I chose the bagel with hollandaise sauce and smoked salmon.. I also ordered porrige (something I was apparently allowed)... The order came and the porrige was the worst I have ever tasted.. I would describe it as gruel.. Something even Oliver Twist might have refused to eat.. Moving on to the other dish.. This was tasty but cold.. Unfortunately there was a large piece of egg shell in it..
I tried the leisure facilities and was also disappointed. There were no changing places leading to an unpleasant communal undressing..
The pool quite undersized.. Water temperature favourable but places for about 4 persons only to do small laps.. The jacuzzi was also too small.. The management please take note."
