Exceptional 3 bed 3.5 bath unit in uptown Charlotte with 3 balconies and a rooftop view of the stadium! Enjoy the spacious townhouse with 3 smart Tv's, gorgeous kitchen, and luxurious bedding. Desk in the master unit if you are stuck working, and 3 floors to spread out and get space if traveling with friends or family. Enjoy all uptown has to offer in this spacious comfortable home! Shopping, dining, events, and more! NEW LISTING!

You'll love the modern feel of this spacious townhome! The first floor features a bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. The second level of the home is where you'll find all of the main living spaces. The beautiful, updated kitchen has quartz counters, a tile backsplash, and large island with waterfall counters. There's a dining table as well as bar stool seating at the island, and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. The living room gets lots of natural light from it's large windows and has plenty of comfortable seating for your group. On the upper level of the house, you'll find two additional bedrooms - each with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There's also some great outdoor spaces where you can relax at the end of your day.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, garage, and driveway space. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll be able to use everything you find in the space.

There is a garage that can fit 2 cars available for you to park in, and an additional car could fit in the driveway.

Good Townhouse

The townhouse was a good place to stay with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Good light in all rooms and AC worked well. The place is a 5 min drive from downtown or a 15 min walk. The roof terrace will be a good place to spend time once it is furnished.

Great cozy house

The house is very stylish and well taken care of. Very convenient location with little noise. Great option for a business trip or a journey with friends. We stayed for 4 days, but it would definitely be a great spot even if you plan to stay longer. Will definitely book again when I'm in town.

This place was absolutely amazing , everything was just perfect . From the different levels , which was great , because my guest was able to have their own personal space ! I loved how the house was furnished & the neighborhood . I can’t complain at all , I will most certainly be booking again !

Happy place

Lovely new property. Clean, great kitchen and 3 bedrooms with private baths and additional powder room. Very handy to downtown and easy to get around for sightseeing. Owner was excellent in response time and anxious to provide what we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Spring Break Getaway

This place was beautiful, modern and just as described/displayed in the pics! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The host was always responsive to any question I had. My husband did get tired of all the stairs! Its located in a busy area so if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood be cautious....there was a decent amount of traffic and loud cars/trucks. But other than that it was fabulous!

I love the setup of the property, ease of check in and out. The property was gorgeous. It was very clean and relaxing. I didnt like the trash didnt look like it had been picked up in a while. Other than that I had no complaints.

Nice Layout and Roomy

We had 6 adults and the bedrooms were comfortable and the layout was nice. Large open kitchen and entertainment space. Nice to have a garage for parking the vehicle. Bank of America stadium and Truist Park are within walking distance (about a mile and a quarter) but would not suggest walking after dark. Just a few minutes drive to the uptown area.
