PROS: Staff was amazing. Kelly and Helen helped me navigate a difficult situation. There was a Hispanic Male that checked me who was amazing. Very welcoming and friendly, waved my early check in fee.
Hotel is aesthetically pleasing with all the art work. Room was modern.
CONS: BED BUGS! I was traumatized. I felt my arm itching and said I must be paranoid. I got up to check the mattress and long and behold a damn bed bug!
Kelly changed my room immediately but I still slept on the sofa to be on the safe side.
There was also dead flies in the tub of new room!
Helen who is manager was very understanding and refunded me for 1 night stay. And sent housekeeping immediately.
This place is too costly to have bugs and not to be SPOTLESS!

This hotel was clean, quiet and creative. Our room was huge. The only thing I didn't really like was that the bathroom opened via a sliding barn door right into the main part of the room, making it a bit noisy and light for anyone else in the room who was sleeping. That being said, I'd stay here again.

After driving for most of the day. I arrived in the city at 3pm, I know check in was at 4pm. I went in and asked if it was possible to check in early.
The front desk told me that’s the room wasn’t ready. I was in que, and I could check in at 4.
I came back at 4:30, a different person told me that the room wasn’t avail. They overbooked and there was 8 people ahead of me . They stated I could pay $20 be upgraded to a king bed with a rollaway bed. - I declined to pay the uograde fee. It wasn’t my fault they overbooked. A different work came out of back abs asked if I absolutely had to have two beds, I stated yea it’s what I booked. I didn’t come all the way here to sleep
On a roll away bed.
It was a very tiny room . it def was not up to my expectations.
I missed a dinner meeting due to getting into my room later.
