Coming in from the cold, there was a fireplace going and hot coffee and tea available. People at the desk were friendly and efficient. Breakfast bar and attendant were wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. My only issue was the room door would not close properly without kind of lifting and slamming because it looked like the door had been damaged and was repaired.
