I was DOUBLE CHARGED for this room! I pre-paid with Travelocity $247.42 on my debit card. When I arrived at hotel, they insisted on taking my credit card even though I explained that I was pre-paid. They said it was just needed to check-in and I wouldn't be charged for anything other than incidentals. However, when I returned home, that credit card account shows that Double Tree did in fact charge me for the room! How are you going to resolve this egregious error?

Staff was friendly and courteous but were short, will resulting in waiting for service often. You will PAY FOR EVERYTHING. They could use more restaurants closer to the property.
