Picture this….

You have spent the day shopping, visiting friends & enjoying drinks. You’ve tried an ice cream from the famous Visocchi’s Cafe and are now walking barefoot along the beach listening to the waves. You approach the perfect, white walled, seaside cottage - the glow of house lights illuminate the pebble stone garden path. You realise this is your home for the week…

Welcome to At The River.

**At The River is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.**



At The River is a newly refurbished cottage in Broughty Ferry Dundee. The refurbishment was undertaken with scrupulous detail to bring to you one of the most stylish cottages in Scotland. Every part of this home has something to admire or look out for, including our hidden drawings of Broughty Ferry landmarks hand drawn by a local Calligrapher. We are very proud to offer At The River to our guests and can’t wait for you to stay with us.

There is free street parking available outside of the cottage along with a number of complimentary parking spaces a 1 minute walk from the property.

Keys are collected from a lock box on the property and you will have exclusive use of the entire property.

Lovely solo stay
A lovely house for a solo bit of R&R. The house is really close to the beach, which is beautiful: a long stretch of sand, well frequented by walkers but always quiet enough for some peace. The high street is also within a short walk. The house has lots of space for one, with the beautiful bath being a real highlight for relaxation. Comfy bed too.
