    Full of roaches. One walked on my face at 3am. Couldn't sleep afterwards. Immediately called Expedia and requested a refund, went to another hotel the very next day. DO NOT stay here

    I didn’t even checked in. The place is less than 2 stars. I called Hotels.com and now I’m expecting my full refund. I booked a room that wasn’t delivered

    Hotels.com shame on you! You are obviously censoring feedback. Nothing in my review that violated your feedback policy. This is a genuine review with genuine problems. I read their guest book while there and other people had the same problems. Because of how you have handled this. I will NEVER used your company again. And I will ensure I spread the news of your censorship. We arrived around 8pm and went to the address provided which was a hotel, they told us that we didn't have a reservation! We showed them the hotels.com email confirmation and they said the booking was for the apartments next door and that we should have received instructions on where to go, what unit number and the code to get in. They were very nice and helpful in the hotel. We had to call the number on our booking email to request this information. We waited in the hotel lobby for the information to arrive. When it came it said do not enter the hotel it is private property! I would not recommend this accommodation, we had been driving for hours and dealing with this when we arrived was very stressful. The room was clean, but very old and unkept.
